Public beach access points line the island's Atlantic shoreline. Seven are lifeguarded year-round, and all are free to enter.

Which Access Has the Easiest Parking?

Wabasso Beach Park and South Beach Park have the largest lots and restrooms, and they rarely fill outside holiday weekends. Humiston Park sits in the village, where parking is street-side and tightest from January to March.

Where Are the Lifeguards?

Seven beaches carry year-round lifeguard coverage: Golden Sands, Wabasso Beach Park, Tracking Station, Jaycee Park, Humiston Park, South Beach Park and Round Island Park. Additional access points, including Ambersand, Treasure Shores, Seagrape Trail, Turtle Trail and Sexton Plaza, have no permanent lifeguard stand.
